As a communications expert who always wears her storytelling glasses, Rikke views every customer as a hero with a transformational journey to take with her clients. She fuses this strategic and imaginative thinking into each project—whether delivering a compelling campaign or breathing new life into an under-performing website.
Rikke honed her brand communication skills at agencies such as Rapier in London and as an independent consultant to businesses such as HP, Barclays Bank, UCSF, and Circadian Media Lab. Through her work with these clients, she has helped boost sales and brand recognition, intrigue and delight customers, and garner widespread industry publicity.
As a writer who takes readers on journeys into new worlds, Rikke has completed two YA fantasy novels and has been published in anthologies on travel and business, as well as in newspapers and magazines like The Sunday Chicago Tribune, The San Francisco Chronicle, Salon.com, and Sunset.
Rikke holds a Master’s in English and Communications from University of Copenhagen, and is on the executive board of the International Association of Business Communicators’ San Francisco chapter.
